Whether you are looking for a single tooth replacement or multiple teeth replacements or for a more secure denture, dental implants or mini implants can be a new choice of treatment.  Dental implants are anchored into the bone and are designed to act as a support and to replace a lost root.

Virtually all dental implants are made of titanium alloy.  All dental implants today are root form endosseous implants.  Once dental implants are integrated into the bone, a process known as osseointegration, dental implants are ready for prosthetic treatment.

Dental implants can be used to support a number of dental prosthesis, including crowns, implant supported bridges, or dentures.  Dental implants commonly involve two phases of treatment, with approximately a four month inteval between them.

The first stage is a surgical procedure which involves bone grafting and implant placement.  The second phase of treatment is the prosthesis or replacement of your lost tooth.
